This project involved a comprehensive programme of internal renovation and external improvement works to a city-centre residential property, delivering a complete transformation of both the living spaces and the garden.

Internally, the works included the installation of a new kitchen and shower room, alongside internal structural alterations to improve layout, flow, and functionality. These structural changes required careful coordination to ensure the integrity of the existing building while enabling a more open and practical living environment.

The internal refurbishment was completed with decorating throughout, incorporating bespoke wall panelling and a custom built-in library wall to add character, storage, and a high-quality finish to the completed spaces. Attention to detail in both design and workmanship was key to achieving a cohesive and refined result.

Externally, the project extended into the garden, where landscaping works were undertaken to create a usable and attractive outdoor area within a constrained city-centre setting. In addition, a custom-built shed was designed and constructed to provide practical storage while complementing the overall aesthetic of the property.
